Meet Dr. Jae (Jessica) Edwards (Chiropractor)
Dr. Edwards is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for movement and holistic well-being. Drawing on over a decade of experience as a Pilates and yoga instructor, she has honed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the critical role of mindful movement in maintaining health. With certifications in Pilates, Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200), and a Certificate IV in Personal Training, Dr. Edwards has a well-rounded knowledge of various movement modalities, which she seamlessly integrates into her chiropractic approach, tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs.
In addition to her expertise in movement, Dr. Edwards is a former elite athlete, having represented Western Australia and was selected as part of the Australian under-19 lacrosse team, underscoring her commitment to physical fitness and a competitive mindset.
Outside the Practice
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Edwards enjoys spending time with her loyal labradoodle and loves snowboarding with her partner. She also dedicates her free time to practicing yoga, meditation, and exploring various movement disciplines.
Fascinated by the body’s natural healing abilities, Dr. Edwards is passionate about combining chiropractic care with movement practices to optimise function and enhance overall well-being. With a special interest in women’s health and family care, she strives to empower her patients to reach their highest potential for health and vitality through personalised chiropractic care, mindful movement, and self-care.
